Sally Bower X FOMO – Finding Creativity Map
Walyalup artist Sally Bower invites you on a treasure hunt to find creativity as you walk, imagine, count and discover the many artworks hidden at FOMO FREO!
Did you know FOMO FREO once had a glassblower on the second floor and a giant art gallery in the basement? After the building was home to department store, Myer, FOMO FREO was known as MANY6160 - a hive of creative activity, housing artists, makers, retailers, painters, thinkers and designers.
Fast forward to today, where hints of MANY6160 and the legacy of the creative collective still live amongst the walls, sculptures and laneways that make up FOMO FREO.
The Sally Bower X FOMO - Finding Creativity Map is a self-paced treasure map that explores the history of FOMO FREO and it's transition into its current form.
Pack a pencil and head to the Anya Brock Gallery to grab your printed map, then set off at your own pace.
